Strategy Circle: Dealing with Internal Communications

From conflict to organizational structure, there are a number of factors that affect the way employees communicate in the workplace. Do you have difficulty communicating with certain colleagues? Do you want to hear about the problems that different kinds of communication technology pose? Do you have a hard time working on a team? Do you need insights about communication among generations? Do you find that communicating to different audiences can prove troublesome? What about ethical struggles in your work?

Jeremy Rose, a senior lecturer in the Communication Studies department, trial consultant and communications scholar, explored these issues and shared tools and tips for communicating in the workplace.
