Graphic Design 101: Workshop for Non-designers
November 2004
Nance Longley (CEHD) and Mike Lee (Alumni Relations) walked through
basic design principles, including use of fonts, white space, colors,
and images. Their presentations were followed by a hands-on workshop
where attendees created their own posters on the fly.
Evaluations of the program were very positive and showed a strong
need for more design programs that meet the various needs of Forum
members.
