Managing image is just one facet of crisis communication planning. Working effectively and efficiently with a variety of internal constituents often can prove a more challenging task than crafting your public relations efforts. Join Gail Plewacki, communications director for the city of Minneapolis and Sara Dietrich, assistant communications director for the city of Minneapolis as they present examples of communications strategies for some University-specific crises.
