Productively Implementing Technology Tools

March 16, 2006
Whether we are writers, editors, Web designers, or something else, communicators make recommendations about technology; technology decisions impact our work. It can add to our efficiency, or it can eat up our work life. At this event, we learned about features of content management, digital asset management, and workflow management tools, and discussed what implementing these tools can mean for your workplace.

Partial list of presenters: Mani Subramani, professor, specialist in the business value of information technology; Jason Bright, CEO of BrighTech, producer of MediaBeacon, an industry-leading digital asset management product; Robert Rubinyi, professor, IT leader, assistant portal manager; Timothy James Roman, Web coordinator, College of Continuing Education
