Saul Carliner was a speaker at the May 1999 Forum annual conference and led a Forum workshop at the Landscape Arboretum in June 1999. He is now an assistant professor of information architecture at Bentley College in Waltham, MA. His Web site contains many resources for information designers, technical communicators, and trainers.
