In this Expert Insights, we welcome Rick Kaufman, executive director of community relations, family engagement and emergency management for Bloomington Public Schools. In 1999, Rick led the crisis response team to the Columbine High School shooting tragedy in Littleton, Colorado and has since become a leading authority on crisis management, especially in education.|
