Breakout Session 2: Beyond Captions: Making Video Truly Accessible

Location: Minnesota Commons (102)

Beyond Captions addresses the critical gap between the new federal Title II mandates and current video production workflows on campus. By demystifying complex requirements like descriptive audio and visual contrast, we will provide attendees with a modern 'four-pillar' framework to future-proof their content and lead the University toward a more inclusive digital environment.
